The personal data that we process are mainly your identification, transactional, financial, other personal data that we collect directly from you or from other sources when you become an ELTEK Distribution client.

• The right to opposition- you may oppose the processing of your data especially if the processing is done for our rightful interest
• The right to portability of your data - you may receive, under certain circumstances the data you have entrusted us in an automatic format or you may solicit that such data be transmitted to another operator.
• The right to file a complaint - you may file a complaint regarding the manner used for the processing of your data to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing
• The right to withdraw your consent in case the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw such consent any time you see fit without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out according to your consent prior to the withdrawal.

If you do not give your consent or if you send a subsequent request for your data to be deleted and you withdraw your consent, this means that you will not be able to participate in any marketing or promotional activities or to receive newsletters or offers from ELTEK Multimedia.
